What is the Warranty on your metal?
For our #1 Metal colors, we offer metal painted with Valspar Color XL which has a 40-year limited warranty. Printed Woodtone metal colors carry a 20-year limited warranty. #2 White metal does not carry a paint warranty
Do you offer financing on your homes, garages, or roof installation?
We do not. However, many local lenders such as Hoosier Hills Credit Union and Freedom Bank do.
Do you sell everything I need to build my own pole barn?
Yes, we do. We are your one stop shop for all the materials you need for your garage. We sell the lumber, roofing, siding, windows, doors, insulation, etc. Most of these products we keep in stock and are readily available for same day pick up. We also have an experienced staff that can guide you and offer instruction all the way through your building process.
Can you help me design the Barndominium?
Yes. We have two in-house designers that can take your ideas, wants, and dreams and turn them into an efficient and functional floor plan with an exterior that has great curb appeal. We also offer several standard home plans to pick from if you have no idea where to begin.
What does the "B" and "A" stand for in your name?
Roger (The owner of the company) named it after his two sons.. Bryan and Andy
Do you carry"............" color?
We offer several common color options. There are 16 #1 colors offered for our Ag-Panel metal. We also offer 7 premium textured (crinkle) finish colors in the Ag-Panel as well as the Standing Seam.
What types of metal to make and/or sell?
We make Ag-panel (5-rib, barn, tin), Standing Seam (snap-loc), Board & Batten, and Soffit. We also offer a full line of stock and custom trims to complete the exterior. We make the most sought-after roofing and siding products on the market, we also have access to uncommon and harder to find metal products.
How long have you been in business?
Roger started the company in 1978. Then it was called Thacker Construction. We have evolved with the market and grown into the second generation, family owned, company that B&A is today.
